Tables and chairs
Outlets
Powerstrips and extension cords for laptops (if the space has only a few outlets)
Screen and projector OR monitor large enough for participants to view

Meals, Snacks, and Drinks: Participants are asked to provide their own meals and snacks unless the host institution has the ability to provide these.

Handouts/printed materials: Most workshop materials are digital. Depending on the number of participants and their interest areas, we may need a few exercise sheets printed.
